Bet365 have the best software when it comes to parlay betting.

Multiple horses in a race, win or place mixed up, multi venues, even multi days is ok.

Having given up quaddies I've taken up nine race place parlays instead.

Really enjoy these unfolding on the day.

Have a go and post your parlays.

See how it goes .....

I have a management spreadsheet for these that can handle up to nine race parlays, if you want a copy let me know.

Some potential big numbers there, Wenona.  :unsu

I've already tried GL at what looks like nice odds.  :x:

I dunno KNEELING but there's been plenty of interest in it.

Kneeling is first up and not finished closer than 5th since August 2011.

I don't think it's Phil taking the interest.

So Wenona how many combos are there in that lot???

Looking at the 2 tips in some races, for example.

I accidentally left RF on off my tipsheet in the last, so it will get in.  ;)

Is there a word for a punter enjoying that? :chin:

Your vocabulary is clearly handicapped, so here's some help.

One word that jumps out is "Expectation".

Both in the precise mathematical context and in the layperson's form.

A possibility of thousands might only boil down to an Expectation of $400.

But that $400 can be vaguely consumated with a bit of hedging on Betfair or wherever.

I haven't got all the possible combinations possible.

The combo's I have taken are drawn from that lot.

They were profitable despite the last leg going down.

Yeah, if you have say 4 get home in the first 8 you would have collected multiple doubles/trebles and a quad. If the fifth one lobs it adds 4 doubles, 6 trebles 4 quads and a 5 fold, if you take those combinations.

Of course if 3 lob you're out of pocket.

Generally you would need to show a decent profit level staking them before you would have a chance breaking even on the multi.

I'll update the results during the day ..... always nice to get the first one home.

On this parlay I make it $340 banked with $138 riding on each of the two in the last in Brisbane.

Overall I'm in front with the last two in Brissie each worth $1,000+

Hopefully today will be the day.  :x:

Well, I missed the big one again in the last.

The posted 9 race parlay that cost $182.75 officially returned $360.54.   emthup

Overall I finished in front on the parlays, had a thrill in the last (nearly) and was able to lay off the last two to add a few hundred to the bank. Being on Rare Fragrance at $3.25 and being able to lay some off at around $2.00 was nice.

It's a fun ride ....  8-)

Good result there Wenona.   emthup

Unfortunately, we were shot ducks in the last a long way out.  GL has to get an easy lead or she turns it up.  Dunno what the hell happened to the other one.

Yeah, I would be interested in any feedback about Rare Fragrance's performance.

She'll be hard to assess next start without some sort of excuse.

We obviously weren't the only ones who fancied her.

Plenty of $11/$3.50 available in the morning and started $4.80.

Stewards enquired into her run.

I do need certification for not having backed DISCREET, though.  $2.00.

Taken some 7 leg parlays today for Satrurday, struggling to find 9 at present.

Had to put some on at IAS because of the prices. Software there is nowhere near as user friendly as Bet365.

Anyway here are the ones I've taken.

Race Horse Bet365  IAS
BR3 Epic $               3.50  $               3.60
BR4Beeby Gem $               7.00  $             10.00
BR6Kiss Me Deadly $               4.33  $               3.60
BR6Run With Me $               9.50  $               5.50
BR7Carmora $               2.00  $               2.25
BR7Little Long Horn $               4.50  $               6.00
BR8Sea Tryst $               5.00  $               4.00
BR8Tunahog $             10.00  $             10.00
BR8Aquatorial $               8.50  $             14.00
SR2Lunar Rise $               2.62  $               2.60
MR6 Goldini $               2.62  $               2.30

Gee I hope there's some scratchings in the last and Aquatorial gets a run .... that $50/$14 at IAS looks totally ridiculous and a definate unload job to me.  :x:

Edit : Added these two last night :

Race  Horse  Bet365
BR4 Alcancia  $               1.80
MR6 Auld Burns  $               4.00

Looks like Aquatorial gets a run in the last ... left with about $12.30 after current scratchings ....best available now $7.25.  :x:

To my amazement I think I've just figured how to take an Iasbet Super Heinz - which is presumably what your 7 Race Parlay is.

But what prices do you get if you take Fixed Odds?

Do they also guarantee Best Tote, like I think you claimed Bet365 does?

No they don't guarantee best tote, but when they're betting $14 and bet365 is betting $8.50 - I have to suffer and put some on at IAS.

I also don't take all the combinations I have taken doubles, trebles, and quads with a heavier investment on the doubles than the trebles, and trebles than the quads.
