Thanks WoD, yes I knew of the link directing back to the old site, however it wasn't working but is now. Again thanks for checking.  The message I got was:

Upcoming Blackbook Runners

We're working on bringing your upcoming runners to this service as quickly as we can. We apologise for the delay in bringing this essential information across to our new system.

In the meantime, you can continue to access your upcoming runners on the old Blackbook page.

Racenet seem to have done away with showing recent runners [they would appear during the day on the old site] and the ability to edit - am I missing something.

No there was also a heading called recent runners and on the right hand side was an edit button which allowed you to make comments on that days run. It also included the finishing position of the horse.

Below is an example how I could update a horse the same day day it raced,

It was an imporant inclusion in the old racenet BB's, no point black booking a run / trial / jumpout etc if you can't update it's raceday run and Racenet were excellent in updating races through all the states during a raceday.

Hi mate there still is an option to edit your comments towards the right of the page ( strangely itís awfully close to the delete option ) so you can update on Raceday but the actual finishing place if horses last run is slow to update
I donít like the new set up , I havenít look d or tried to work it out yet but donít get how the ROI is calculated
Also where a horse has had more than one trainer it is duplicating the runner in the BB
I do up a word doc with runners on race day & all the address l info l he trainer last 10 starts , jockey, ROI all come across I donít think itís necessary

I got this email from Racenet:

Hello Racenet User,

As we continue the Blackbook migration, we have noticed that you have a few entries that are not correctly spelled, which means we cannot add to your new Blackbook.

Below are a list of entries from your old Blackbook that could not be migrated.

    Horse Ė Arnies Boy

    Horse Ė Zaffarina

Thank you for your patience.

Racenet

I don't recall adding these horses  :what: - although I could have.

Have put them in the BB with the correct spelling.

Arnie's Boy (note the apostrophe) is a West Aussie that has had one start for a 5th placing on the 16th December at Ascot.

Zaffirina is trained by Jason Coyle and has had two starts at the provincials for a 4th and a 3rd. Last start came from 11th on the turn to get beaten not much. Trailled on the 18th Jan but not nommed anywhere.  Neither is Arnie.

I got a word for word email, although my entries numbered 86, can't believe I misspelt that many wrong then again  who am I to judge. No point imputing them now as I don't have the history that went with the original BB.
