I've been in regular contact with them via email since the change over to the new platform and it has gotten worse.
I can't even log onto the site on my ipad at home as there as so many ads on the homepage but here at work or on my desktop it is taking 45 seconds for an individual horse comment update to process, how is that deemed an improvement? They claim no-one is having any issues...... I find it hard to believe.
I am using Chrome and they wanted to know all the technical stuff ie operating systems etc. We're also on the NBN, It worked fine for 3 days then went slow. Hard to fathom really. Awaiting a response from my email back to them yesterday.
