She's shown no reason why she wouldn't love 2000m, she has what plenty don't, a good turn of foot.

She'll camp just off the speed and go bang.

Shocking run again today not the usual Guelph so something could be wrong...I suppose further may suit but I bet Peter is scratching his head...I noticed a Darley runner today running last in a race....so many races I forget where but that isn't a normal sight to see....all up I guess the stable wouldn't be pleased on the days efforts everywhere but there was one winner I saw I think Newcastle.

Why they are "training" her to stay 2000m is beyond me.

Reported yesterday that Guelph as been retired and will go to stud this season..we lose another good horse to the breeding barn so will watch what stallion she goes to and what they produce in August 2015.

In Guelphs case I think it is fair enough. She was never going to improve her record her contemporaries had caught up and in some cases passed her.

Lovely to see a story on TVN about Guelph now letting down as a broodmare and going to Lonhro this season,I would imagine she has already been covered so will now have to wait to see if the test is positive. :x:
