I was at the races that day, but missed the race.  Big effort and I know the winner of the race is VERY smart.  That one has been in my black book for awhile.  Maybe EOT is going up to Brisbane?

koolcat, Meld won today.  The stables took him to Ballarat, for a nice win with 57kgs.  I'd say it's a confidence builder and hope he goes on with it!

I haven't been keeping up with the post's here even tho we are averaging a winner every week yesterday at Bairnsdale Zorro's Sheild broke his maiden after nine starts for a very nice easy win and paid $5.40 the win.
Oops I forgot Leapfrog won on Saturday I didn't see the race so don't know at what price.

BolteBabe....Leapfrog is 1/2 to Meld and was having it's first start last Sat after winning a trial four days earlier,Risky Banter was a real sweetie so I'm glad both her progeny to race so far are winners.

Saturday Extension of Time ran an ordinary race going on the price she obviously wasn't expected to do much.

Sunday Zorro's Shield who only won his maiden last week ran a good race to be in a photo for 4th.

Red Buttons ran 2nd today at Sandown over 2100m I can't get over progeny from his dam getting a distance as she was a flyer up to 1000m only he must get it from Red Ransom.

It's Been a Blast had a brilliant win today at it's first start his Grandam is Dangerous Seam and we raced Risky Banter dam of Meld and Leap Frog out of that mare,so a nice winning family to keep following.

A nice win the other day to Heyington Honey 1/2 to Sayetta who's dam Noble Glow is doing nicely with her two progeny winners.

A huge congratulations to the Cockram family who's lovely Snippets mare Smidgin has produced two winners recently Spare a Dime and Ginera Grand,Smidgin was a real fave of mine when she raced and is putting her talent into her progeny.

Ill health has prevented me keeping track of all the progeny but last Friday Morcombe won at the nice price of 6/1 and yesterday Meld had another win and Zorro's Shield ran a nice 4th.

Ran imo not a bad race jumped very fast from outside barrier and led them most of the 1350 race but was very green once again, her legs seem to go everywhere when the field caught up to her so didn't look like she liked the track conditions before to me her condition gave out and finished outside the placings. If she was mine I would have been happy with the run so hope connections were happy as well.

Another sibling to this group is trialing on Monday,My Shabella by Haradasun x Risky Banter.Miss Jackson is the only one not to win yet as she has been very green at her few runs out of this mare so good luck with MS.

Well done Leaprog, nice ride by Cassidy the horse flew the barriers and cruised all the way, class and weight drop told heaps, the Rory's blood comes out in Leapfrog but his sibling Regal Banter prefers around 1400 from his sire line. :)

My Shabella was to run yesterday but hit her head when she lunged forward and opened the gates,we will never know how she would have raced :tears: as the boom horse of the trials Kyria did nothing in the race but the winner looked ok at the trials and won easy yesterday.

Grand Jardin and Pontiana's dam has produced a colt to Fastnet Rock, she has been to Redoute's four times and Encosta once but that mating was a failure so with the Hawke's team buying two of her progeny Pontiana and Revenge I think they will look at her yearling by Redoute's but I'm hoping they will look closely at the Fastnet when he gets to a sale as that could be the great match. :x:

Leapfrog's trainer Bruce Hill bought the filly sibling by Hussonet at the MM sale for 50k,he must be happy with the bloodlines,G Ryan I think has three out of the mare also.
