COMP CANCELLED 24-8-16

This is a sweep of the winners of both the AFL and NRL grand finals.

It works like this:

* Open to 32 entries, $10 a ticket. (individuals may buy multiple tickets). No money will be taken until all tickets have been sold.
* The finishing positions of teams after the regular season (top eight) will be used as the sweep numbers.
* Each sweep ticket will get TWO different combinations. AFL clubs will be listedas the first number. (confused yet )
* The winner will be the sweep ticket that has the winning team numbers from each code.
* Draw will take place on Monday 5th of September using this website: https://www.randomlists.com/team-generator
(I hope we can pass the numbers on to a non participating forum member who will run the generator and provide us with a link and copy of the numbers). An example of how it will look can be seen he

*The order in which the tickets are bought will determine the order of the groups (i.e Ascot buys the first 2 tickets therefore is groups 1 & 2).

This is just a bit of a draft at the moment but it looks like it will work to me, if anyone can see obvious flaws then let me know ASAP.

Tickets can be bought by your intention to buy on this thread.
Banking details etc will follow in due course.

Group 1 8/6 (Kangaroos/Broncos) & 3/5 (Swans/Bulldogs)
Group 2 2/3 (Giants/Cowboys) & 7/6 (W.Bulldogs/Broncos)

These things are harder to run now you can't transfer money thru our Tab accounts.

I had a go at Triples Double Up comp but you had to send the money thru some bank that was miles away.

Used to be good when you just put the money into someone's Tab ac.
