"KFC insists the sandwich contains 540 calories - but it has been reported that it actually racks up a much higher figure of 1,228, or about half of a man's recommended daily intake."

So I can have 2 of them.  lol

                                      You can
                                      Arakaan
But you have a better Challenger
                                      It is Richard Callender
                                      For his total score
                                      Would be twice as more.

Jamie Oliver is pushing his Food Revolution all over the U.S, saw this new sandwich and said "I.Am.Amazed", in disgust!

Not surprising it's been a huge success in the US. 10 million sold!  Thumbs Down

Posted:20-05-10

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Meat lovers, relax. But chickens, beware. KFC says Americans are gobbling down so many Double Down sandwiches that the fast-food chain will offer the bunless, meaty sandwich longer than it had planned.

Originally the sandwich – bacon and cheese surrounded by chicken filets – was to have been available through Sunday. But KFC said Wednesday that the sandwich will be available now for as long as customer demand remains high.

KFC said it has been one of its most successful sandwich launches ever. Later this month, KFC expects to sell its 10 millionth Double Down. They cost about $5.
