Typhoon Zed the only G1 winner?
Certainly looks like Ortensia will get a reasonable chance to win a G1.

Rostova, Gold Trail (in NZ) Certainly looks like Ortensia will get a reasonable chance to win a G1.
Or Definitely Ready

Shellscrape stands out for me on class, but perhaps 100 too shor. DR will go like a scolded cat though as usual, dunno if he will measure up or not.
Think Ortensia needs 1400 + to find best.

Didn't De Lighting Ridge break the course record here last start?
I think Gai may have a show with Swift Alliance.

I've never backed ROstova
This may be the time, she looked good last start and will get a good run off what looks like a hot speed

Has Shellscrape recaptured the form he had last spring though? Jeez I just saw he came dead last in a trial on the 9th April, might have gone early on that one. Ortensia is a fave of mine, I think I better stick with her...her last win was pretty awesome

Yeah I might stick with Ortensia too actually after backing her in the Winterbottom Reason why, I am quite disappointed about the price they put up about Definitely Ready, getting out a little though..

I'd query her at this level.

Trappy race I reckon. Definitely Ready strikes me one of those types that are brilliant on the lead but might spit the dummy if have to race out of its comfort zone(like probably this race).
Ortensia was brilliant winning that race in Perth but here will be back, wide with a trail and might arrive too late.
So I'll play small and single out Swift Alliance in exactas and trifectas.
