Jim Cassidy, sidelined since a nasty fall at Eagle Farm back in June when he broke an ankle and four ribs, returned to track work today at Rosehill.  He hoped to do some jump outs or barrier trials in the next ten days and then be back riding in early December.

Agree lads,  what about how he didn't panic when Pre Emince went past him, also he didn't even Whip him until the last 120 odd, big effort to be so cool
considering its the Derby hey

Best what?  Cheat?

Jockey tapes, Cruising etc.  Did he not also say Tony Mokbel was a 'close friend'?  And they are the ones that are public knowledge.  Really the guy should have been rubbed out for LIFE years ago.

Whilst Cassidy is riding well at present, he is no Darren Beadman when it comes to consistency.  Dittman was also superior to Cassidy IMHO.

Somehow I don't think Cassidy would have even got the ride had Beadman been available, given Bart's association with the Saintly one.

Yeh & if my Auntie had Kahunas she would be my Uncle

By the way, Why do you think The Saintly 1 bolted from Hong Kong, then retired for 2 years,    chin it was either that or  (Heals 2 Give me roses) so to speak

Yeah the Hong Kong stewards eh?

Imagine the jockey tapes scandal in that jurisdiction.  Wonder what the Pumper would have got.

best ever as in riding ability, wasn't commenting on his integrity, morality or whatever, just his skill in the saddle,ps the late robert sangster once said, its worth coming to australia just to watch him ride,b.mayfield-smith said,he was never more confident than when he legged up jimmy, beadman is an excellent rider, but will never be able to do what cassidy can

Beadman just makes fewer mistakes, is superior at positioning his horses, has a better strike rate etc. etc. etc.

I know who I'd rather have my last on.
