Show cause notice issued and responded to in due time frame!  All appropriate formalities and legalities fully explored , adhered and conformed to!

Pisces do you think it's appropriate the club is leaking such information to 'club insiders' like yourself to release on public chat forums, before it sends out official media releases to inform members and stakeholders via the correct channels?

Pretty poor form for all concerned? No wonder people have lost faith in race club committees when they see childish behaviour like this.

Not sure every decision made by a Board has to entail a press release, does it Proud Knight?   Some press releases often end up totally untrue, misleading and not factual at all....eg.........................................."all trainers and owners don't care who owns the Club".................!

The Board's purpose in putting this information out and about today - which has been known by many members for weeks now (including the person concerned and clearly you also)  is to assure the appropriate people in Queensland that this Board will not be bullied, threatened, coerced or lied to by anyone about any matter which they believe is not in the best interests of the majority members of their Club.  Surely that is their fiduciary duty?
