Turned the computer on last night wanting to watch a race at Dapto dogs--couldn't remember which race it was so I just looked up the field in the next race and noticed a dog named Simply Me--I had raced a 1/2 sister from the previous litter so decided to have a $5 e/way bet via Sportsbet.  Simply Me flies out of the boxes (not like the one I had) and by the time she gets to the first turn she is off and gone, bolting in by 9 lengths.  Dividends go up and I get $33 the win and $4.10 the place--you beauty.  Wife comes home from work, walks in the front door and first thing 12 year old says is, "dad just won $180 on a dog race"-was nice while it lasted

I'd be thinking of putting the kid up for adoption.

But then again I'd blame myself for his/ her poor education.

Certainly not going to tell the 12 year old (daughter) how I went today--6 bets with the only loser being Dariana

I on the other hand backed just about everything that got beat a lip  tears I was on Dariana too, I was on Latin News plus plenty of others that were nutted on the line or just missed  Sad
