Tough race, struggling to get a grass gallop at the Sunny Coast, so much for their idea of racing on it, and he can't gallop on the Cushion as he cuts his heels to pieces sad

Is extremely well besides the part he may be a bit under done chin

He doesn't look right. He beat the winner when Larry was on board first up (came third paying about $9 for a place) last prep or perhaps it was the prep before that. I didn't think he looked good in his first up run and he didn't go tonight at all. He normally gets home well. Thought the apprentice did everything right. Mustn't be right which is a shame as he's getting a bit long in the tooth and I think the intention for this prep was to see if he could get 1400 maybe even longer. A bit disappointing but that's racing. See what Lloyd says and take it from there.

It was during winter that his form was the best, and I think you will find it was this time of year when he last had the same problem chin

I think you should tell Lloydy to bring him over here to the UK. Never gets over 10 degrees. Nice and soft for his feet and they'll start on the flat in late April. Give him a year and he'll be running in the Kings Stand!!!!
