Another good race - I think Rock Classic is a real forgotten horse - I don't doubt he's G1 - is he a Cox Plate hope? Prob a miler but it's a path to the race.

Herculian Prince how good is he? Again the price is a bit ahead of him in features betting - but he looks a great hope for GW.

Will wait and see on this one.

Looks some easy BlackType for Pinwheel, with Styker & Neeson both needing the run

Gee you are game tipping a John Thompson Horse, he has been a gross failure as far as I can see, reminds me of the first trainer that Woodlands had when they went big, then along came Hawkes and the winners started flowing, Coyle done all the hard Yards and Thompson had a walk up start, he has been there a couple of years with Millions of Dollars worth of Horses and the only Groupo One(a joke Group One) was the South Australian Oaks! I kept thinking he will start rolling out the winners soon but the time came and went when he had to put up or shut up for mine, good luck if you back one from that camp you are going to need it!
for what it's worth if he starts here Triple Honour for mine

seems a lot longer, he still hasn't had much success for the number of expensive horses he has in his care, the stable was pretty much set up for him when he took over, all even the Group One winners that Coyle had couldn't win another race, seems a lot like his old man when he was training for the Inghams, winning provincial races with horses that should be winning midweeks in the city, winning Midweeks with horses that should be winning saturday races, winning Saturday races with horses that should be winning group races and so on!

Reckon it's a lot to do withthe horses mate, it's not like anyone's ever done well for Patinack considering the money invested, the poaching of the lass from Waterhouse has helped alot with placement it would seem

Coyle took it from scratch and won a Group One at the Sydney autumn carnival, then did the same in Brisbane, he had Trusting going great, (Anthony cummings had won a Group One for them too) the wheels have fallen off all 3 of them, when Thompson took over it was a Going concern,  he should have just built on the success, instead he went backwards, smells very similar to his Dad when he was in charge of the Ingham empire, I could be wrong but I certainly won't be backing any of his horses, wilth squillions of $$$$ worth of horseflesh he will win races, he just has to!! just not winning enough of anything for mine, if I was Tinkler I would be thinking maybe I should get Coyle back,
mind you I think Tinkler isn't too B-R-I-T-E  When it comes to racing with some of his decisions, even sueing Anthony Cummings????

I reckon your a bit harsh there Mark  Undecided

The top 7 all have either been there or have plenty of upside, the rest ain't hopeless either.

I'm with Pinwheel to keep stepping up.

Probably the class of the race is a bit above its' Listed status if anything.

Form guide says Rabbuka has had 5 first up runs for 4 wins, yet is not to win at less than 1400m. Still expecting him to run a good race though after two good trials. Cannot fault Pinwheel's form - never further back than 2nd in 12 runs. Triple Honour always runs a nice race first up. Rock Classic a very interesting starter. A lot of debate last campaign about how far he can get, so you'd expect him to be in the mix in the sprint. Would like to see Neeson  beat some better horses than the ones he was beating last campaign before considering him. Stryker has good quality form and is in the gun stable.

Roving Banker trifecta: 5 - 1,2,3,7,11

Yep I'll take that back, looks a lot better now with many of the donkeys out. Still a race between 4 though.
