i hate tracks slow or worse so fingers crossed

There are severe weather warnings for parts of the State, including a serious chance of flooding.  Mostly in the Northern part of the state, but it is inconceivable that we would not get a deluge in Melbourne.  May well be very wet.

Heard a discussion with the Flemngton track manager earlier today.

He said they were expecting rain/showers from about midnight tonight until midday tomorrow
with 15-20mm expected.

think HOD is a dry tracker.
looks an easy assignment for Danleigh...can't see him being beaten whatever you are predicting for the weather.

A lot of use doing Speed Ratings on a SLOW  track.  Oh well here they are anyway.

Have not bothered doing the full analysis as Track looks to be not too good. For a slow track in Victoria on a winter's day ( well not far out ) perhaps should use the Double Letter same selection. That would be [  5  ] Rebel Raider and & [  7  ] Red Ruler. Up here the sun is shining and the beach is busy.

Final Line :  [  4  10  15  9  ]  SMKY = 13 *F45/cnt{  4  }  $VRUF$ [   5  7  1  3   ]. Stats: [  4  5  6  9  15  ] too many.

Actual Database Line:

Backed him for a drum on the basis of the Flemington record and the first up run - also in the quaddie! biggrin

Had a fair go at Rebel Raider, was very disappointing, but wasnt given much of a hope with that ride was he?

I wasn't happy where he was in the run but that was a terrible run, too bad to blame the jockey, the trainer might have some answers ?

As a comparison to last week these were the B graders, on a wet track and won't be much value next start, can't put a knock on him as he did win it well, just keep it in perspective, Zavite was a fair run as well, he doesn't handle wet tracks very well and will be good value when he gets to a mile and a half and further
