I am not backing her as I was never that imppressed with her, just if you are a fan I would give her another couple of chances especially when you know Bart is on his feet and in Melbourne

Jim

Reg Fleming has been with Bart long enough to have the horses trained how he wants them. I would imagine if it is like when he is in Brisbane he is talking to him hourly.

Cheers

Anthony Cummings has the great quote: 'He taught me everything I know but not everything he knows'

Mark,
In all serious--No---Anthony will not be told---I don't think Bart will ever tell his son anything.

So anyway what do we take out of this race? For mine, Valdemoro and Faint Perfume - the arch rivals - they always stay with each other, whether it be first and second or last and second last lol

I know I am a name dropper but and I swear it is true, and owner was going to give a horse to Anthony and asked Bart if he should, Bart told him if he wanted to win races give it to Anthony, if you want to win Group Ones, give it to me!
Whether Bart actually said that to the owner I am not sure but what is true is that that is what Bart told me!!
he is Old school, I have it on good Authority that Jack Denham slept with a Gag  in case he talked in his sleep and his wife heard him!
Why hasn't Bart written a book (a training Manual) about what he knows about horses? Why hasn't any of the top trainers?? their secrets are taken to the grave,

Kane did a good job with this mare but he is hardly in the class of Boss and now Williams.  Not sure if it was the race plan but william's ride in the Stock Stakes was pure genius finding the best part of the track for the entire trip and running a couple of very good ones off their feet.
