Good luck to the Hawkes team with this promising horse after her 2nd win from two starts yesterday,we raced her talented mum Liberty Rose and a major stud stated she was at the time the best looking mare on the grounds, her first foal Grande Jardin bought 1.05 mill at the MM sale he was put in proving she threw a good type but the Hawkes paid the bargain of 210k for Pontiana with the patience of the Hawkes team I can see her going onto winning a very good race.Good girl Libby.   Thumb Up

I've never heard of the lad who rode her and he didn't do a very good job imo

You can't have been taking too much notice of NSW racing lately.

He's the new gun apprentice.

Drew 13, started like a shot out of the gun, I can't see what he could have done differently.

Wide barrier over 1400 at Flemington went against her, started out two wide in the lead but that quickly changed to five wide so I don't know how Dunn let that happen, dropped out at the finish. sad
