Does anyone know the wage structure of sales nomination staff, and or the average earnings?

Magic

Where's that button to report stuff to the Mods?

This silly codger is stalking me.

But then again while he's doing that he'll ease up on poor Phil.

They would be the people who put together or choose the horses for sales. That is just a guess.

Yes. The answer is that it depends where it is what experience and other benefits included. Others may have $$ figures atm but I don't know what the pay fees are these days.

Thanks, I have been told its wholly commission based or small retainer and commission.

Just looking for more detail on whether there is a standard % or if it is negotiated on a individual basis.

Brady in what context was it used..........if that makes sense

Studs nominate yearlings in July/August which are then checked by the various Sales Companies on breeding and then via visits to studs , usually the bloodstock agents for sales companies visit studs around September checking the conformation of yearlings and allocate to the appropriate sale ie: premier or not
