in the past I never would have considered him but this prep he seems to have gone to the next level though as I put elsewhere I am suspicious of the track at WF, look at some of the results, a lot of horses that like wet tracks were running well and there were quite a few horses that were disappointing so I am going to tread warily when assessing the form from the meeting, all that said in a handicap he will meet most of the others on much more favourable terms, not tipping him just pointing out from a Doncaster viewpoint it was a good run

Can't remember it ever being done, has it?? Most who won the Rosehill Guineas would go onto the Derby

Although JC won at 2400m, his trainer has said its not the preferred distance, hence bring him back down to 2000m & 1600m
Apparently he also does well with about a months break between runs

I think I might wait until it gets down to about 188 runners before I worry about what I think will win this biggrin

I haven't followed his horses closely but when I did I always felt his horses ran well early then tailed off a bit into the prep.

And his record in Australian G1's can only be described as appalling.

I will re iterate I am not tipping Centennial Park(or anything else just yet) Just stating that his run was as good as anything from a Doncaster viewpoint, whether he gets there or not and if he does, can he reproduce that run is another thing

Looking for some lightweights, Captain Sonador gets in well with 53 imo. Palacio De Cristal on 51.

I think if I'm looking at light weights I'd be looking to the 3yo's.

Bullbars would be an obvious one. I've got a watch on Halekulani.
