Anyone familiar with sectional timing in Sydney ?

Sydney is not my patch and I am uncertain how reliable the sectional times (I mean Equitime 200m sectionals) are for Sydney courses.  I looked at some sectionals for Rosehill and they seemed weird on several counts. It was a weird day.

I know there are issues with the sectional timing at Moonee Valley for instance due to radio interference.  Are there any such issues at Rosehill ?
