We can expect the usual influx of Kiwis coming across the ditch in search of our $.

Bart Sinclair reports in today's C-M that star NZ apprentice James MACDONALD is a likely visitor.

We saw him a couple of years back before he hit the headlines.

Good news for those who rely on FTA TV to watch our best racing.

Channel Seven will be showing the three Group 1s: Stradbroke, Derby, TJ Smith.

Yes, Kato.  Will be a day to remember.

Hoping we see that baldy-faced Indian horse back here, too.

Last year we had Rough Habit and he brought in plenty.

Brett Partelle outlined his program for the smart TORIO'S QUEST on 4TAB recently.

Looks like we'll be seeing him again. Thumb Up

Another sterling performance by old marvel SCENIC SHOT to win under weight, yesterday.

He's now won 4 from 5 at EF, including 2 O'Shea Stakes.  Total earn in $3.5 mill. Thumb Up

Connections plan to continue on the WFA path, Holindale, Doomben Cup, etc.

A few who missed the Autumn will feature.

Almas Fury will win a good race up there. Is it the Grand Prix before the Derby?

When do the big race markets come out?

If everything from the South that's reportedly coming to Brisbane turn up, we'll need 12 races every day. lol

Noms for the major races on Wed, wily.

I doubt you'll see a market for a week or so.

Hay List to meet super mare again

A third instalment in the stoush between super sprinters Black Caviar and Hay List is back on the agenda.

McNair revealed that plans to send Hay List to Adelaide for the Goodwood Handicap had been shelved. ''They wanted to charge $35,000 to fly him over there,'' he said just before he prepared Robbed to win the final race at Gosford. ''So we'll head to Brisbane and start in the BTC Cup and the Doomben 10,000.''
