This will be a cracker race.
Mono already has the worry-beads out.
Good luck, mate.

If SKILLED runs, HAVATRYST will be in 13kg too heavy - according to the ratings.

IMO, running Buffering against better horses doesn't "break his heart".

dd I've already crunched the prizemoney numbers and we will get a start.....First hurdle overcome.
Now what are the odds us drawing out in the carpark again?
Your not wrong about a cracker of a race. Just hope the fine weather we are experiencing at the moment hangs around for a few more days at least.
Had to laugh re the comment about the worry beads...I'm onto my second set.

mono, I'll check your fingernails, Saturday.
On the barrier, even you can't beat the trueism that, when it comes to drawing gates, past events have no bearing on future events.
Best of luck.

Best of luck. Yeah thanks and I bet RTR connections feel the same about barrier 1

Monologue,
You've got at least one forumite in your corner for sat - after his last start, I think you've found that your boy finishes with great zeal ridden cold!
Dubbledee,
In regards to Skilled, he was quite competitive in the Autumn but his Spring racing suggests he's a temperamental horse... He would have had to have been in work a long time: I'm hoping for him to be over the top come sat.
Come on Queenslanders get one on the board why don't ya!

Same goes for Under the Eiffel, although I envisage him as more of a threat than Skilled

Awful draws for the 3 horses I was hoping WOULD draw well.
Havatryst, Ready to Rip, and Skating on Ice.
Crool game.

I've updated the opening message with the field and barrier draw.
Geez, some have drawn poorly.

I said to one of RTR's owners this morning "Did ya hear the draw?". "Nope" . "20" said I. "Better than 1" was the reply.
I don't agree.

I said to one of Havatryst Owners did he know what he drew. He lives about 5km as the crow flies from my place and I didn't need the I-phone to receive his response. Didn't want to phone the other part owner
