Saw something tonight I have not seen before.

Horse was refusing to load so the Irish handler grabbed a handful of grass and used it as 'bait' to get the horse
to follow him into the stalls.

In harness racing it was used to get horses a bit risky from the stand to step away if the driver stuck a handfull of dirt in their mouth.
