The Chuggers Challenge - #1 Horse Racing Forum in Australia for Race-Horse News

I was fortunate to get 2nd place in the recent Tipping Comp and snared a $100 quaddie courtesy of chuggers. Last Saturday we doubled the bank, and since we have no respect for money, we've decided to send it around in a Place Challenge.

Staking plan will be same as in previous Challenges. There will be a series of 10 bets with a base unit of $20.

Bets will be PLACE ONLY and will usually be on a Wednesday or Saturday on Brisbane races. I pick the horses, and reserve to right to back more than one horse.

1. For the first 5 bets (#1 to #5), any return from the bet is distributed evenly among the remaining bets, thus increasing the base stake beyond $20. Say bet #2 gives a return of $16, we add $2 to the stake for each of the remaining 8 bets.

2. For bets #6 to #9, should they be successful we RETAIN THE STAKE, but distribute the PROFITS evenly among the remaining bet/s.

3. Obviously for bet #10 we keep any return.

Hopefully we'll end up with a bank of more than $200. But there's a risk that I will lose a bit, or lose the LOT.
