So if one of these runners had of won the collect would have been $696 from the main pool (6.67%)
The declared dividend would have been twice the main payout pool ($20,864)
The consolation payout was $155 which was 13.34% (2 x 6.67%) of the $1,159 consolation pool (need 50% to collect the whole consolation pool).
