Markus Markus Markus, Unless Sepoy goes around any race with Black Caviar in it is going to look a non contest.

Even if Sepoy was in the race it would not be a contest

Enjoy her as the world is enjoying Frankel If we are lucky we will have the pleasure of watching her for another 18 months.

Who is there to take her on, that would not than be likely to run 3 weeks in a row ?

The Sallinger horses are either being kept fresh or ran against Sepoy last week or against Title last weekend.

Who do you see taking her on in the Patinack ? Its likely to be a 1 horse race.

Matt,

I'm not one of those saying shes a dodger, that's the point youre missing here.

However dont for one second try to tell me thats a good Group 2 field other than her.

I am not concerned about whether it is a group 2,3 or a BM78.

Who is there at the moment that is going to take her on when they have other options like the Caulfield sprint last weekend, The Sallinger the following weekend.

Who is around to enhance the field ?

3, 5, 7, 9 and maybe even 4 are G2 quality.

If you framed a market for Black Caviar finishing in each of the positions, would Black Caviar be a shorter price to run 2nd, 3rd or last?

I reckon she is a bigger chance to run last than third, and 2nd v last is line ball.

They reckon a few here will bail.

Black Caviar vs Sarge in Charge match race, just what I've always dreamed of...

That would be correct if you assume that any problem she had occurred prior to say the turn.

I would have thought that injury or extreme bad luck could occur closer to the finish and mean a placing is as probable as a last place finish.

The stewards are talking about making Here de Angels starting 1 gate wider than his allotted gate. Instead of jumping from 5 next to the great mare they want him to start from gate 6.

What do people think of this ?

If he is such a danger to any horse and they are aware of it pre-race, then he shouldn't be allowed to start.
