Great topic for a thread, just unfortunate we don't have the variety in Australia as London or New York, guess that gets down to population.

Have to agree especially as Syd and Melb seem to get all the major shows and only have two major theatres each. The other issue is  if the show is successful, it will have a good run. The cost of the tickets means that you usually will not choose to see it again.

I have only seen 8-10 musicals in my life so far but they have all been great. I have made a vow in the new year to see at least 1 and 2 max during the new year. My best tip is for people to buy tickets well in advance as you get the best available too as last minute tix is not a reality in Sydney for musicals.
