you sure wont find one in Australia chin

Today at shep race 2 we had the honour of watching another fixed race with the Jack clan involved.

1  507          SAFELY SHUT           K R Waters Kim Waters 106.00
2  5105s  GANGSTER BOY           D G Farrar Nathan Jack 1-70
3  69s21  CHLOE VARGARITA      D W Jack Leigh Sutton 6-70
4  740s5  BONGO MISS             P A Campbell  Paul Campbell 66.0
5  65332  MACHTWISTER            A Xiriha        Brian Gath 6-50
6  25614  DYNAMITE DUDE     M E Higgins Matthew Higgins   9-30
7  13115  SIERRA GEM             D W Jack Daniel Jack 7-40
 ---------- Second Row ----------
8  3s164  CHARM ALARM NZ     D W Jack Danny Thackeray   44-50

Gangstar boy(Nathan) leads Sierra Gem(Daniel) who attacks the living daylights out of him chin CHLOE VARGARITA lands the 1-1 with CHARM ALARM on its back Daniel Jack is still attacking Ganster Boy for the entire race until the bell when its starting to faint after doing the damage to the FAV.  its no surprise just by pure luck Chloe Vargarita and Charm Alarm run the quinella .

This race was a set up by Daniel Jack rant  it was plain for all to see he was working the leader into the ground for his other 2 runners. David Farrar should be approaching Daniel Jack and asking him around to have a beer one day at his place and get square.

Give him life for this disgraceful act of setting the race up for his stable Thumbs Down. no wonder the trots have gone backwards in the last decade while all other forms of punting have increased their turnover.

Nsw harness have announced a horse has tested positive to Epo pre race no futrther details at this time.

Read this yesterday on the ahr site in the stewards rap. Then read the next three stories down about raglan testing positive for arsenic proir to last years mm. was the first id heard...
Can anyone enlighten me why on friday night it was the only horse not swabbed? Do they take blood tests during the week? Pardon my ignorance.

another Nafan Jack/first leg of a quaddie rort D. Thackeray had 2 runners, the  roughie driven by Thackers himself, and the $1.60 horse that had been "trialing well" with Nafey in the bike. Nafey tailed off at the start, the stablemate won at 25/1. I didn't bet in the race, but i'm here to tell you, no more harness bets for me AT ANY TRACK, until the following happens, the TAB's update the win pools within a minute of the money going on (and sooner if it's after advertised start time) and another proviso, that at least 20-30 trainers and drivers around Australia either have their licenses cancelled or go to prison. That's officially it, i saw some bad stuff happen in NZ and Gloucester Park in the past few days as well. Enough is enough, soon these censored wont have any mugs left to rort, they'll have to start rorting each other mad

Yes the game is just one big joke and they are taking the public for a ride so they just keep on letting it happen. all it would take is some blokes get together and blockade a track on their biggest meeting of the year (like GP )when the inter is on bop then they may listen to the publics outcry at these cheats on seats.

As for the odds updates.

I was offered a  deal with tattsbet because of my turnover being a large amount. they offered me 1- a rebate 2- access with up to the second odds and also approx divs for exotics. so they have the software but only choose to use it for a select few. but that was when Betfair we about to start so i declined their offer.

yeah it's a huuge problem the slow updating of totes on small pools like the trots and dogs usually are, i regularly see a dog win pool at 3k when the boxes open, and then after they've crossed the line, it's gone up to 10k and you would think you were looking at the wrong race odds they are that different what That combined with the early baiting of the trots pools with generally the horses paying overs on the interstate totes not figuring in the placings (because they're stone dead) makes betting on the trots a zero sum game, unless of course you're an insider. If i even knew 1 horse per race that was off, that would make a huuge difference, but no such luxury here Sad So after a very long time, i'm giving the censored of things away, i only have a small bank and i've been barely able to hold my own, the gallops i am able to win, not so the trots, i wonder why eh ? These censored have cooked their own goose, i love a bet but wont TOUCH them till certain things happen, most importantly the criminal drivers banned for life and/or jailed. G. Bennett and Fitzpatrick and Sarina would be a good start, that would scare the other crooks shitless to know the fate that waits them. No other way to ever get punters confidence back, when i start seeing horses pay $6.50 on supertab and $10 in NSW on a regular basis, rather than the opposite $5 supertab winners paying $3.30 NSW, beating a 100/1 shot, i might think punters are getting a fair go. Anyone who bets overs on the trots will go the way of the dodo bird bye

I dont say much on this forum , though I read it alot for interest , and a lot of what is said is true , but to me is all crying over sour grapes , when a hot pick goes down , and team tactics played out.

Im just a long time regular harness punter and not involve in anyway other than sending my money on it.

Its all Captain Obvious stuff and I dont feel Harness racing any more corrupt than the Gallops.

And right on cue, first leg of the quaddie today Mildura (one of the hottest tracks in Australia, home of Boris Devchich), the $1.60 fav tailed off at the start, and who won at 14/1 up the sprint lane ? Nafan Jack of course   lol Just like the winner's name suggests, "I'llDoWhatIWant" As i said, no more for me nowink

Here is the Stewards report on the race

RACE 4 – choicehotels.com.au 3YO PACE (1690 MS)

Dancinwithjodi paced roughly during the score up before regaining its position at the start and will be placed on its last chance in the mobile barrier draw.

Rock Me Gently galloped clear of interference shortly after the start and will be placed out of the draw in future mobile start races.

American Dreamer paced roughly shortly after the start, before galloping clear of interference and in doing so American Dreamer shifted up the track slightly inconveniencing Enter The Sandman which galloped a short distance after. Jasmin Art was inconvenienced when following these runners during this section. American Dreamer was placed out of the draw for future mobile start races. Given the circumstances a warning was issued against Enter The Sandman.

And here are the stewards at the meeting

Phil Mickelson Seeks ID of 'Vicious' Poster
By NICKEESHA SWABY

MONTREAL (CN) - Phil Mickelson sued an Internet service provider, seeking the identity of a person who posted what the golfer calls "vicious" statements about him and his wife.
     Mickelson sued Videotron S.E.N.C. in Quebec Superior Court, seeking the identity of the author of "several highly defamatory statements posted by one or more individual on the Internet, in particular on a Yahoo! website, under the pseudonyms of 'Fogroller' and 'Longitude';
"The postings suggest that plaintiff has an illegitimate child, that his wife has affairs and other similar vexatious statements that are absolutely untrue and, simply put, vicious," the complaint states.
Mickelson, a wildly popular golfer, has won 39 PGA events and four major tournaments. His wife, Amy, is recovering from breast cancer.
In his complaint, Mickelson says the San Diego Superior Court authorized him to subpoena Yahoo! for information about "Fogroller" and "Longitude," and Yahoo! responded with Fogroller's Internet protocol address, which is registered to a Videotron subscriber.
Videotron's attorney said Mickelson needs a court order for the company to provide him with the information he seeks. Mickelson seeks the court order.
"It is urgent, and in the best interest of justice, to accurately identify the person using the 'Fogroller' pseudonym and posting these offensive and defamatory statements, in order to stop the dissemination of false and wrongful statements about the plaintiff and obtain reparation for the prejudice already suffered," the complaint states.
Mickelson says his "reputation is extremely important considering his status".
Like many top athletes, Mickelson earns more from endorsements than he does from his tournaments. Sports Illustrated and Fortune magazines called him the second-highest-paid athlete in the world 4 years ago, with a 2007 income of $51 million, behind only Tiger Woods, before Woods suffered his personal fiasco. Woods' problems, and Mickelson's wife's illness, only made Mickelson more popular.
He is represented by Stikeman Elliott.
