Was funny at Menangle, rather than take drivers taking their runners for a good blow out before the race, they were all hanging around watching the Vic Cup on the big screen 

Yep- Guerin has them easily covered. He's the Ian Healy of trots commentators- large volumes of verbal diarrorhea constantly flow, but he seems amazed at his self-assessed ability to deliver pearls. Didnt manage to snag even one from the program on viccup.com.au despite having at least 2 tips each time.

Enjoy Hutchy's insight, and Hamilton in smaller doses too.

I really enjoy hutchy and adam hamilton's banter. And I think they are a lot easier to listen to when doing their form than any of the gallops guys.

What did people think of Restrepo's run? Heard on the grapevine it was a virus or something that kept him out so long. Not sure how long he's been in work but damn good run 2nd up I thought. Great win by Charlie Machsheen I'm amazed at the prices I always seem to get for this guy, backed him a few times now when he's got up at $7-$10 range.

May have to reevaluate the standing of Smokey after that run. Smashed the track record, did he not?
