Since retiring from 2UE a few years ago old "Golden Tonsils" has been resurrected on 2SM.

Today a week ago was his last broadcast for the year and he told John Williamson "The Emu" he hasn't decided whether or not he''ll come back in the new year. shocked

Listening to his last show I thought his voice is still as strong and distinctive as ever but the show has lost it's sparkle....very boring.

As usual he is  off overseas for Christmas...this time to Italy...he likes the finer things in life and ya can't blame him for that. beer

One thing that hasn't changed over the years and is often the best part of his show is the theme song. thumbsup
