I like Richie C but god he ccarried on like a turd with Tommy. There was clearly something happening as RC carried on like a pig. It was embarrassing

Its probably no good for you guys in the coal face but it is simply similar to a place like this. Its quick and easy and you are generally following people who have like minded interests ie Racing and Cricket.

Sitting in front of my TV on my couch for the next 120 hours its quick and easy to communicate with people.

  Thumb Up

Plenty of up to date racing info on Twitter.

I know the Vic Stewards put everything on there during a racing meeting.

Not sure about the other states.

Twitter is good and getting better all the time. It is especially good for cricket.  The type of stuff Dragons mentioned is taking a back seat to real news and information.  Depends who you follow.  R. Callander is not ever likely to be on my list.

Some good stuff today from Kerrin McEvoy with pics - just showing off some gear carried by jocks  Thumb Up

Vic Stewards account does really good job to notify during meet - tactic changes - post race performances.

General news & info that makes it into paper tends to features on twitter the day before.

Links to replays etc put out there.

Lots of industry participants starting to get involved and responsive to fans of the sport as well.

There's general banter - like this forum.

Then there's all stuff you might be interested in that has no connection to racing.

The best use of social media is news. If your news includes what Callender is having for lunch
