Just caught some of TVN's This Racing Life on David Hayes and his new home at Euroa ,very interesting viewing.

While Euroa doesn't look as picture perfect as the old home at Lindsay Park it has every imagineable facility so if the horses are good enough he's bound to train lots of winners.
Multiple stable barns each with 30 extra large boxes, covered day yards, spelling paddocks, several galloping tracks, iced water walkers, several sand rolls, galloping treadmill, farriers shed,in house vet, video of gallops for streaming to owners when fully operational, everything designed and purpose built
Apparently no trouble in recruiting and retaining stable workers from overeas as it's located in the Rural category which is an Immigration Go Zone not like the metropolitan areas where the bigger stables are located.
His aim is max of 120 horses including 40 or so spellers and to concentrate on Melb,Syd & Adelaide.
Looks like he has a lovely family too to carry on the Hayes dynasty.
