Bohemian Circus

"by order of the vet"

BULLSHIT mad the vet didn't even look at the bloody thing

Do they not have a duty of care to inspect the horses that play up rather than scratch them immediately. I was on at $10 and the horse seemed fine on the vision

wily it is a rule that when a horse gets down in the Barrier it is an Automatic scratching, if it had started and ran last would you still be happy??

depends on the Stewards and how it was "stuck",  Bohemian Circus got down and tried to Burrow under the gates didn't she?? you just don't know if they have done any damage both physically and mentally, especially young inexperienced horses
Plenty of horses pass vet and still win but Punters scream blue murder when one gets beaten after an incident at the barriers

The commentator said it was cast in the stalls, every time i hear that...the horse is late scratched, they left the telecast to cross to another race somewhere, then suddenly they went back with the light flashing....then bang...they're racing, and half way through the race....we'll have to show a replay, they're racing in the big race in New Zealand  lol  It's a shocker when the fav is last second late scratched and all the money goes on the subbie, you either get annoyed you didnt get the chance to top up the others in the market, or your dividend gets absolutely creamed with the subbie....been there and done that many times  Shrug

you were watching something different to me.

On my telecast the coverage never changed, The horse was never cast, just tried too crawl under the front gate.
Was pulled out, calm and relaxed. It didnt sweat up and wasnt agitaed. It was with 2 attendants and the vet didnt even check it out
It calmly walked to the side of the gates

well maybe it was another Camperdown race where the telecast was interrupted, there were that many clashes today i didnt know what the hell was next to go, plus a NZ meeting was put back an hour to make them clash with Camperdown. But the caller indicated there was a problem with the fav, i'm sure he said it was cast, obviously it was ok and it all ended well. i have both Sky's on simeltaneously with the sound down, and there's barely a minute 17 hours a day there isn't a race in progress somewhere, often two at the one time with the words "racing" at another venue at the bottom of the screen with a replay squeezed in before the next race   lol

Sorry Wily, I'm with the stewards - just scratch.  I'd rather get the money back.
