By claiming the River album as the last decent song timeframe totally dismisses anything from Born In The USA wacko


Born In The USA sucked with the exception of the title song and only in the context of Top Gear in Vietnam.

Been immersing myself with a few beers and the great new album over the past few weeks.
It's a cracker, a slight change in direction on a few tracks but the message is still the same. It's an angry, confrontational message that snaps you out of your apathy but then also can fill you with hope.
Hearing the great man on sax, for the last time, when he lets rip on Land of Hope & Dreams is classic E Street Band and would bring a tear to any fans eye

Tastes are subjective so we'll agee to disagree  chin but unfortunately for you it seems chart positions and sales of singles / albums  worldwide etc don't support your case 


Wily bought it.  Nuff said. 
AND he had to get plastered to listen to it.  And it was so bad it made him cry.
