People used to Delta ... Diddles loved getting on there for a chat, I would say as soon as the forum becomes a lot more active then you will find more people online wanting to use the chat facility.
I may setup a Shout box at the bottom of the forum where everybody can see what is being said, but available to everybody as soon as they log in.
Leave me with it and I'll see what I can come up with.
edit:
Have added the Shoutbox, just has to be enable it, may be best to only enable it on special occasions, race days etc
