Have seen numerous posts of miscellaneous stuff relating to Brisbane Racing on various threads.
Think we need a thread set aside for such stuff.

Tracy's Choice started $4.40 favourite in a Quality race after being beaten in a C1 at Caloundra the start before.
Anyone who thinks they will win long term with those kind of bets is delusional.
The fact she started so short and ran OK suggests she will start under the odds again next start for a horse stepping up to a Listed race at her 4th race start after falling in to win a mdn at her first start and getting beaten in a C1 provincial race at her second start.
Yes if she gets all favours she 'may' win and those that back her will be geniuses, and good luck to them
Not for mine.

Understand what you're saying about backing her, but to be fair to her she didn't fall in in her maiden she finished over the top, and the next 7 horses that finished behind her in that race have gone on to break their maiden status'.

Fair enough.

Can you give us a lead on some horses that will be value in their next few starts.

We all like to hear about them.

Will be good to see promising steed FIFTEEN CARAT back in action tomorrow.

1200 looks too short, but look out.

Backed Tierqualo yesterday, but my rejoicing was delayed by the protest.

Heard nothing about it on Sky - only that it was for something at the 800 - and that it was dismissed.

Was there anything in it?

Geoff

Sky did put it up - in the corner of the screen at the start of another venue's race.  The protest was quite a while being lodged.  Sky also flashed up the interim results at a time we might have expected final.  Richard then told us the protest was on.

The protest was a long way from home.  Without knowing, I suspect it was when Palmer eased Tierqualo over to the rails.  Again as a guess from me, had the 3rd horse run 2nd, there might have been a protest 2 vs 1.  I doubt it would have been successful.

I wasn't at home at the time, I was watching it at the rubbidy, with all the attendant distractions.

She looks quite light on TV, would have won without the trouble at 400. will she hold enough condition to race on??

It's a "he", atlast - and yes, there's not a lot of him.

Very smart galloper, IMO.

Steady showers in Brisbane  today so there aren't many options for me.

Too wet for golf to be enjoyable and don't see anything in the mid weeks to get (even mildly) excited about .

Boring day for an outdoors type like me.

I was thinking of having a look at the changes, which look good from your pics, but I'm a wet track duffer beer
