Have seen numerous posts of miscellaneous stuff relating to Brisbane Racing on various threads.
Think we need a thread set aside for such stuff.

I'd reckon there would have been plenty of punters making "audible, inappropriate comments" following Another Takeover's run.  It was a million to one after 20 yards.

As of now, they can't be fined for that. lol

Connects of WOORIM - which is a beach on Bribie Island - have BRIBIE racing for the first time tomorrow.  By Show A Heart from Wabble, I think he's a full to My Limit.

I wonder will FILLE DE NEIGE back up tomorrow.  She looks well in a C3. unsure

Just to tidy this up....

Today's 2nd placegetter BRIBIE is a brother to both Woorim and My Limit.  A grey, he looks a lot like ML.  Might be a handy galloper, too.

The mother was a handy one too, wasn't she DD ?

By Canadian Silver ?

Think she may have beat, one of Paul Sutherland's, he had a huge rap on, Oslo Peak, was it something Banker, Tycoon Banker maybe, before they renamed it, cause the Chinese were superstitious, and it was in the middle of a crash chin

MagiC, my memories of Wabble are vague.  I think she won a few out of town, and might have gone down south.  Dunno about the race you're referring to.  She won 4 or 5 races, at the most.

I've got better memories of her mother, Pelican Dancer.  And that's not a good sign.   lol

My memories are very vague too, don't worry, you may be right, about only winning 5 races, but I thought she had a rap on her as a 2yo, but maybe you are right, and she never won in town.

Is funny how time plays with ones memory smiley

The Wood duo have good books for Saturday.  Both have rides in the non-claiming race.   Thumb Up

Mitchell is on ULLADULLA.  Not sure I've seen a horse who can draw better gates than he can. chin

I notice Larry Cassidy only had a couple of rides yesterday and both were longshots.

Just seems strange for last years top jock. what

I wouldn't think so, gratlog.

He had another that was a LSCR.

His manager didn't seem overly concerned when I had a drink with him yesterday. nowink

Took me a while to open my purse today.  The $2.7 the drum GG was juicy.  Perfect ride from Justin Wood. Thumb Up

Trebles are hard to come by, anywhere.
