I'll be watching DEALT A DIAMOND very closely in Race 6 tomorrow.  Distance increase is right in her court.

Ron Maund's wife Karen turned up at GC yesterday as a trainer.

Tale of the Cat filly LEICA STORY had her first run, and with young Cyril hanging on for dear life she sped home for a nice win at juicy odds.

LS is set to run at EF tomorrow, with Cyril Small retaining the ride.  Reckon it would be a while since Cyril has ridden at a Saturday metro meeting. chin

Eye-catcher from Birchley's first-upper GLACIAL MISS in Race 4 today.

I'm trying DORADO BEACH the drum in Race 6.  Lots of hopes, but a patient ride from Craven will give him a place hope at odds.

Yes but Glacial Miss needs to learn how to jump with the field. It has missed the start in everyone of its 5 starts and is still able to run a good race. This time it ran about a bit as well.

Yes, she's a slow stepper.  But that was just one of problems yesterday.

I got 6.8 Dorado Beach, but saw 7.2 afterwards.  Nice ride by Craven, and no worries over the last 500.

Was a nice run by INCH AHEAD at GC last month.  He's in Race 6 at Lismore.

Might be better in soft, but I'm gonna see what's on offer around the ridges.

Nice odds, with 2.2+ on Betfair and 1.84 UNi fixed at the death. Never a worry. Thumb Up

Stanley had to wait to get the run and went down in a photo.

Let's see if he can have better luck on stablemate in the next.

Spinning World filly SPINELLI has been going well at GC of late.  Bruce Hill will have her ready to run a race at EF today.

She's double-figure odds in fixed markets and has a strong EW chance, IMO.

Meant to add that GC caller Steve Hawkins has been giving rave reviews to ex-Kiwi MR SHADOW BOXER.

The horse looks well suited in the last today.

She was slow away again, but that put her in a good spot

Some sort of a debut by the Patinack horse START AGAIN in the C1 yesterday.

By Reset, the 3yo powered away in the wet conditions.  Might not have been much in his wake, but he's worth watching next run.
