Almost everyone has a mobile phone but do they know the serial No incase it is lost.  To check your mobile phone's serial number, key in the following on your phone: star-hash-zero-six-hash (* # 0 6 #) and a 15 digit code will appear on the screen.  This is unique to your mobile.  Write it down and keeps it safe
