There was a pretty strong maiden back on the 14th April 2009 at Seymour.

Carrara won, beating Tollesprit (Race 2) and Aloha (Race 3). Lo and behold, the horse that ran 6th, Rebels, is getting around in a 3yo (the 3rd) at Grafton!

All horses look a big chance.

Little help, Trying to split Lorne Park & Choisira in the second tomorrow,

Lorne Parks debut run was good caught wide out the back and pushed 5 wide on turning battled to be 3ls off 6th in the end most if not all in the race that finished in front of him have won a maiden since,

Choisiras run 2nd behind Well Rounded & in front of Miss Matari looks super for this race, as does it's 3rd (3ls) behind Paris Memory & Livia, But is a filly against mostly boys & cops gate 9 of 11 whereas Lorne Park 6 of 11,
The unraced 6 & 8 look to be the only other dangers to me. I'm leaning towards Choisira if i can get 3.5-4.

Opinions appreciated!! 

I have just got on Baron at Sandown tomorrow in the last at $3.50. Thought he looked classy on debut, another nice Galileo with LW.

Not sure of a price and its a bit of a gamble regardless because we dont know what he's gonna turn up like, but if hes anywhere near his best, ANQUETIL would belt this lot hes got at Bendigo today in R5.

I ended up not backing Hartley's Choice today as there was no real point at $1.50 but even I'm annoyed at the ride, It ran a nice race last start just off pace but today rather than jump and see it was restrained to last on the inside & never really looked like winning, won't even be a mention in the stewards report though  .
