Not sure hom many follow this thread on a Saturday but at $1.80 ish the place "The Big Steel" is a very good bet. Good luck. (never looked like missing a hole til the last 100m - the weight was the concern and it got the better of him)   Tipping odds on place shots with no explanation a week after giving Sky that absolute blast! Got to love the racing Gods!  |

With this rain about i'm quietly confident on the French bred Go Katrina in the last at Sandown, Lady Rum Dum look very promising just not convinced it'll handle the wet track

I think Locke's Choice is massive overs tonight in the 955m dash. He has won in higher grade than this in the past and has also won two races first up. Throw in four wins over 1000m and $50 the win and $12 screams value.
So Nonchalan showed a ton of potential this time last year and I expect her to be too strong tonight. There may be money for the favourite so I'm going to hold out and hope for a better price.

R4 at Caulfield Stole.
Noonan stayed on the rail last week and may as well have been in another race, given the track bias. Replaced by McEvoy this week on a 7 day back up, softer ground and up to 1600. Winnable race.
