I use 2007 excel (although any should work) copy and close down the file before before pasting so make sure it has already been saved, if a new file.  The cheating part and this is where I will come unstuck after MSN closes down is to paste into MSN, click box at bottom 'use html to create your page' and click box at top right 'use plain text editor'.  You taught me that little trick and I think you also found a program that would do the same thing after MSN closes remember we trialed it.

The trick is to close the excel document before pasting, think it was saintly who taught me that.

Go to any open MSN forum and reply to a message a box will open to paste your text, do as I said above but under no circumstances post the message.
