MONCALIERI is $8 for the class six Saturday, I think Web of Love the favourite is a good horse but does go better on affected ground, MONCALIERI on the other hand is hitting a good track for the first time since it's impress first up win, awkward draw but only 51KGs on it's back
Got to be the final nail in a staying career for it surly

Yeah, Tevez. Moncalieri is definitely in contention. She's slightly disadvantaged at the set weights (relative to Chilled) but not as bad as some. I just hope she hasn't been comparing notes with her kennel-mate, Beautiful.
I would have backed Chilled last night at $1.95, if it wasn't for the threat of deductions. Looks an ideal race for him, even with the back-up. Eureka will be ready to run well, and I see value chances in Shaos, Break the Ice, and Kings Artist.
There's a very big trifecta there for those who were brave.

Surprising that Heathcote has scratched both his acceptors in the Chilled race.
One who'll likely improve tomorrow is YIELD CURVE. Has gone around the outside rail recent runs. Big weight drop. Should get a chance from the blue box. Currently $9/$3.7 on fixed. We should get better tomorrow. The fixed odds turned out about right.

I'll be looking very closely at EVENING VISION. This is one pretty smart mare. She's been in reform school most of her life due to bad barrier habits.
If Ms Gates can keep her on track, she'll be verrrrrrrrrrrry hard to beat.
She passed ANOTHER barrier test yesterday, with comeback jockey Jana PIPER in the saddle.
Look out for her next run. Well yesterday was her next run, and she bolted in. $4.6 on the fixed odds markets.
And as DJH said elsewhere, congrats to Ms Piper for a win on her first day back. Expect more from both.

BELLTONE's connections must be despairing of ever winning a Mdn. The half-brother to Roman Squire has run several placings in good company, usually from bad draws.
So they decided to try a Class 3 tomorrow. He's drawn 14, and fixed odds markets have him favourite t $4.

Wit hthe likely hood of a dead-slow track the $5.50 for GEBLITZT looks quite inviting.

I was curious as to what the place odds for the Tatt's bet favorites were. Here they are. BTW track is dead and not heavy like the paper says here.

You would think that Stahi would be mighty short in the Jockey Challenge today

The Doughty steed is in a race tomorrow at Ballina. Connections are probably looking for a wet track.

Might be a few of the mafia there to-day to support them

These would be members of the southside chapter, I assume?
If they get beaten a nose, I wouldn't like to be the winning jockey.
