Sundays wouldn't be the same without racing at Corbould Park, Caloundra.

It's SE Qld's newest track, and is home to Qld's first Cushion Track.

Caloundra currently races on around 70 dates each year, and will soon be a night venue for Saturday (and maybe Sunday) fixtures.

Let's keep this thread for comments on racing at Sunshine Coast.

I thought DUSTY'S FELT would be a chance in that race.  Just hope he goes a bit better than his kennel-mate did yesterday.

In Race 6 we see a couple of very good hopes in raffle prize LUCKY DUBAI and BUBBLED.

LD should be improved on her first-up win.  Markane mare Bubbled is better known as a speedster, but went OK ridden back last outing.  Stathi to steer.

She is up to these. Only negative is the gate but she does have good gate speed. Plan is to go forward. She will go better over more ground but stable confident she will be in the money. Owner not as confident. She'll probably go well as I'm not backing her.

Rail out 10m again today at Caloundra. Limits the chances in the races  Thumb Up
Wet track narrowed it down even more  Thumb Up

2 super runs were Evening Vision who is a talented filly. If she continues to jump will be a Saturday metro horse. The odds today were quite amazing I thought. I had her even money- that being whether she jumped or not!
Congratulations to Jana Piper for her first winner back  Thumb Up

Lucky Dubai was the other cracker who ran against the bias with a very good display
