Slumdog Millionaire is a movie I recommend to anyone who likes something out of the ordinary.set in Mumbai it has all the ingredients to be an award winner and you won't be disappointed with it. Thumb Up

I saw Wake In Fright in the tv guides on pay tv - I watched this last year - from the 1970s it was remastered and re-released. With Chips Rafferty. Yeah it's obviously from the 1970s but as a story I loved it thought it was great.

If you haven't seen it recommend it for an Australia a lot of people mightn't have seen - it may have changed but the same elements are still there.

The Documentary "HOME", now available from your friendly DVD rental outlet,  is one to watch with quiet reflection with your family. It may not happen overnight but it will happen.

I think Inception will either be completely crap or completely awesome. No middle ground for this one.

Critics have been to a person glowing in their reviews.

So I guess it looks like falling in the completely awesome category.

I saw Toy Story 3 last week and whilst didn't think it was as good as the first two it was still a brilliant movie.

Seeing a few grown men cry in the cinema speaks volumes.

On August 13th in the U.S the Expendables(every action star in the last 20 years is in it) opens against the romantic comedy on the huge best seller book eat, pray, love.

So the marketers of the expendables movie have put this out.

Its a Man vs Woman, pay per view on August 13th.   lol

Whats funny is the promotion of Bruce Willis and Arnie. They are in one scene together and are on screen in the movie for about 30 seconds total.  lol

Not yet, but seems a must see. Critic Roger Ebert never gives 4 stars but has for this movie, and at IMDB there's been 58,000 votes with average 9.3/10, I've never seen that.
