Slumdog Millionaire is a movie I recommend to anyone who likes something out of the ordinary.set in Mumbai it has all the ingredients to be an award winner and you won't be disappointed with it.

A good French one I saw the other day. Un Prophete.
Gangster/jail story. Anyone who likes those kind of movies should definitely see it.

I have no problem with it being accurate. You not understanding something would be considered status quo wouldn't it.

Saw "Precious" at the movies yesterday highly rated by critics but not to my taste.Very disturbing in parts and probably reflects lifestyles in the poor black ghettos of Harlem. Not a feel good movie.

Watched Daybreakers last night. Started off pretty good and looked like it was going to be a good movie but seemed they ran out of ideas towards the finish. In the end I'm glad i watched it on a streaming site and didn't pay to see it, 2.25/5.
