Slumdog Millionaire is a movie I recommend to anyone who likes something out of the ordinary.set in Mumbai it has all the ingredients to be an award winner and you won't be disappointed with it.

It's in English not that it should matter, and is easily in the top 2-3 movies of the last 12 months. bloody hell only I could need to go back modify a modification

Wall-e(still amaized at the emotion conveyed in so few words from a cartoon robot) and Dark Knight are the best 2 I've seen this year. Slumdog is up there with them.
really hope Wall-e get the recognition it deserves and get a best picture nom at the oscars. Forget it's animated it was that good. But the stuck up academy won't let it happen.

as he should of. The performance stood out this year just like Javier Bardem did last year for Anton Chigurh.

Anyone seen the The Wrestler yet.
Must admit it wasn't on my radar but I only hear good things about it. Mickey Rourke surprised me with a movie stealing performance in Sin City as Marv and apparently commands this film with his performance.
I'll be off to see it this week.
