Where are the muppets who bagged him on the other website? Calling him all sorts of insulting names, bagged the living shit out of him, pretty pathetic i thought at the time. Have people changed their tune?

Super ride by KMcE to get TRIM through the pack and home.
He just keeps riding winners.

It amazes me that people keep defending this bloke.
Ignorance IMO. He has the pick of the best group of horses that have ever graced the Australian racing industry. My dead grandmother could ride winners for Darley in Australia. And she is an average jockey at best. So the supporters jump on when he rides the 50% of winners that he should be riding.
If it was Beadman or Bowman they would be riding twice as many winners for that stable.
He is a dunce of the highest quality. There are so many good racing minds that think he is a dunce for there not to be some truth. There isn't a thread about Bowman or Oliver or Beadman.

The amount of blokes I talk to who say 'he just cannot ride' is amazing, fair dinkum. I mean he aint that bad but he just seems to screw up way too much. In Sydney I reckon hes got nothin on Brown and Bowman.

He is a good rider, however in saying that I think he currently lacks the aggression needed to succeed at the top level here. I'm not sure if it's to do with the number of suspensions he copped when he first came back, but to me it seems that these days he is very tentative in pushing out or taking a split. This problem is of course only exacerbated by the fact he rides for an off pace stable that is always in the money.

I think that's more the point, it's not he can't ride, it's more that he's prone to getting it wrong more often than most blokes.

Snowden should sack him now after that ride on the thing in the 4th. Worst ride I've seen since Vlad the butcher Dunno boys, Williams' on Ortensia on Tuesday worse I reckon, because in that race Williams had the option to hold her up for a second or two and hook over heels for most of the straight but didnt do so until the final little bit.
