Where are the muppets who bagged him on the other website? Calling him all sorts of insulting names, bagged the living shit out of him, pretty pathetic i thought at the time. Have people changed their tune?

Christ you guys are though markers. Rode it beautifully I thought and just didn't give him enough kick in the straight - he can't carry em over the line.

He may have thought he was home but I doubt he did much wrong.

Why does an incident that took place on March 18 take until May 3 for an appeal to be heard?
Not good enough considering the serverity of the ban and the fact that he has been able to ride through the whole Sydney carnival.

Big one. Wins appeal. The Racing NSW Appeal Panel found that although McEvoy made what it considered an error of judgment, it was not an error of a culpable level and did not amount to a breach of the rules.
