 billy goodwin ( who rode stacks of winners for me ),
 before he got tragically crippled.

Great to be a Queenslander. Not too long ago Ken was nearly a cripple himself.Well done to the team. Billy Goodwin rode the track better at Caloundra than any other jockey I have known.

That Melbourne form didn't quite stack up in the 6th

Was a idiot for starting it ...doesn't go a yard in the wet....but on a bright note up you go you Queenslanders.... ....gee how far would of Burdekin Blues would of won by...and we would of got the quinella....    

Yeh and well done Ken... ....& talking about Billy Goodwin wasn't he apprentice to Cliff Fahler in melbourne there one part...rode a stack of winners down there....prob the best galloper he ever rode though would of been Prince Frolic for barry higgins....& pretty sure he rode Seawinnie to...?
