D Ganderton today on Golden Dive in the 3rd at Randwick.

Drawn wide sure, but responsible for an ugly, indecisive ride which saw the horse midfield 4 and 5 wide without cover in a field of 10. Ended up being beaten less than 2 lengths.

Winner was drawn wider, but was ridden a treat by Corey Brown. Got back, found cover and came over the top of them.

Ganderton may be apprenticed to P Messara, but Big Daddy owns the stables and just about every horse in them. He is not a patient man when it comes to jockeys. Wanted Williams off Miss Finland long before Hayes would agree to it.

Many more rides like the Blue Diamond debacle on Beneteau and today's travesty, and Daniel may find himself looking for a new master.

Billy Egan on Nitonic. What can you say. Was so inept he deserves to be suspended for being too shit to ride in TAb races.

Reminded me of Cassidy's ride on Funtantes. More worried about the competition than riding own race.

Chad Lever back on today after winning on it in 2 previous starts. Thank you very much. That was nice and easy.

Michael Cahill has to go close to getting the raspberry today for his ride on Sommewrsea Drive came from behind last time today in a inferior field he's out three wide in the leading bunch.Only possible excuse could be the ride and the soft track last time was more to his liking.Still a bookies' benefit today and last week at big odds. Thumbs Down.

Taylor Lovelock-Wiggens, I know he is a 3 kilo claimer and it was probably one of his first rides in Melbourne but that was pretty ordinary, The kid can ride, but he could have been more positive early.
